If you answered YES to any of the above then we can help, our Mobile team is constantly on the road out of working hours patrolling Client's premises and they are in a position to respond to any alarm activations as they happen.
Our control room monitors calls from other Alarm Receiving Centres (ARC) and dispatches our nearest Mobile Units, our driver can quickly attend your premises and establish the cause for your alarm activation. If the reason is false our Officer will arrange to reset the alarm and secure the premises, you would be left a detailed alarm report.
If the activation is due to a break-in our Officer will liaise with the Police and (if required) arrange for boarding up to be undertaken, we would also remain on site until this is completed ensuring the security of your premises are never compromised.
All activations are logged and a report generated for your information.
Our service can be tailored made to suit your needs and full instructions of your alarm system and operating procedures would be obtained prior to commencement of duties, any keys issued would be logged and signed for by both parties.
Our keys are rigorously audited weekly to check there movements and condition of the keys, all keys are placed on a riveted key-ring which does not allow them to be removed from the ring therefore cannot be copied.
All keys are fully insured and certificates are available upon request.
